Standalone consultation appointments are not offered. New guests must book from the New Clients category so the correct amount of time is reserved for both the consultation and the color service. For major transformations or corrective work, an in-person consultation may be needed and is available Wednesday–Friday by request only. 💳 Payments All forms of payment are accepted. Cancellation Policy

To respect everyone’s time, a card on file is required for new clients to book appointments. Your card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. • Cancellations within 24 hours: 25% of the scheduled service • No-shows: 100% of the scheduled service This ensures my schedule stays fair and I can accommodate all clients during the busy holiday season.
